POLICIES
No Extra Guests & No Kids Allowed Unless Being Serviced
-Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. You will need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited; it will not go towards your next service.
-Deposits: All deposits will go towards your service after booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment. Cash App is accepted but will incur an additional $3 processing fee.
-Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after booking your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards a future appointment if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. No exceptions.
-No Shows: No shows will be banned from booking future appointments. Please respect my time and arrive on time.
- Hair Preparation: For any braid services, hair must be washed, thoroughly blow-dried, and detangled. Please come with your hair free of product no oils and no bushy ends.
-Booking Changes: Once your appointment is booked, you cannot change your style. You also cannot change the date to a different date using the same deposit. After 24 hours, a new deposit will be required.
